In 1999, as a result of concerns about the lack of dedicated parking, changing character of the neighborhood, decreasing attendance and a desire for a new facility to replace the aging building, the church appointed a committee to explore a new site and the possible sale of the existing church building and property. The documents available here were scanned from documents in the files of Cathy Hubbs.
In the end, the church decided to "bloom where planted" and it did.
